Meet Our Founder and Understand Our Mission

With a rich background as a Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner and a dedicated special education teacher, our founder has spent years advocating for students with diverse learning needs. Her experience spans resource, inclusion, and self-contained settings, as well as serving as an elementary and middle school administrator. Most recently, she held the position of Disability Services Director at a private university, where she honed her skills in navigating the complexities of special education services and rights. This extensive experience informs our mission at Guided Growth Special Education Advocacy & Consulting, LLC, ensuring that parents receive the guidance they need throughout the referral and placement process.

Guided Growth Special Education Advocacy & Consulting was founded to bring clarity, collaboration, and equity to every student's educational journey. By partnering with educators to improve classroom practices and working alongside parents to understand services, rights, and next steps; we help ensure students receive the meaningful support they need to thrive. Our approach is grounded in expertise, compassion, and solutions. Whether guiding a family through an IEP review or consulting with a school on best practices, our mission remains the same: to build strong connections that lead to lasting achievement for every learner.

The Standard Plan provides targeted, hands-on support around specific needs—such as IEP development, meeting support, or problem-solving for a particular student or situation. It’s ideal when schools need expert guidance at key moments.

Plus Plan

The Standard Plus Plan builds on the Standard Plan by offering ongoing, more consistent support. In addition to meeting and case support, schools receive continued access to consultation, follow-up guidance, and proactive problem-solving. This plan allows teams to check in between meetings, address emerging concerns, and strengthen practices over time rather than one situation at a time.

Premium Plan

The Premium Plan provides comprehensive, ongoing special education consulting for schools seeking a trusted partner at the leadership level. This plan goes beyond case-based support to offer proactive guidance, systems-level insight, and consistent collaboration with administrators and school teams.

With the Premium Plan, Guided Growth supports not only individual students and meetings, but also long-term planning, staff support, and program strengthening, helping schools respond confidently to complex needs and evolving challenges.
